KAADAMBARI.

Sutej Singh Feat. Nandini Srikar

This song was born out of my desire to explore uncharted territory by blending my instrumental roots with Indian classical vocals. As someone who has always gravitated towards instrumental compositions, I felt it was time to push my boundaries and create something that bridges two distinct worlds—Progressive Rock and Indian Classical music. To bring this vision to life, I needed a voice with the perfect tone, texture, and emotional depth to complement the song’s expansive range. This search led me to Mrs. Nandini Srikar, whose voice turned out to be the missing piece of the puzzle. Her extraordinary talent not only brought my vision to life but elevated it in ways I couldn’t have imagined. The name Kaadambari was inspired by the fusion of these diverse elements, with a nod to its profound meanings. Among its many interpretations, I resonated most with its connection as an alternate name for Goddess Saraswati, the deity of wisdom, music, and art. This felt like a fitting homage to the creative and spiritual essence of the song.
